Europe is one of those places that seem to be this super duper dope must visit destinations that's rich in history and culture. I mean I was walking on roads and standing in front of buildings that were built before Jesus was popped out of Virgin Mary's womb. It was truly inspiring. Also, the food was extraordinary and some of the best I have ever ate in my life. Something as simple as a spaghetti and pizza with minimal ingredients were better than anything in the states. As the Italians would say, Mama Mia!
I came into Europe 2016 wanting to try and capture the people of Italy and their everyday lives.
Our first stop was Rome, Italy.
You can find little ristorantes like this on every street and every corner in Rome.
Late night stroll around the city. Food places and bars are open till late here.
Nothing but tiny cars driven here by the locals.
The art is endless here. Here is a struggling artist.
Fashion is a big deal out here. People of all ages rockin' the flyest outfits, especially the ladies. Molto Bene!
A lot of suit and ties rolling around the city in little mopeds.
The military and Police presence throughout the city is unreal!
Vatican City. One of the most holiest places on heart. A humbling experience.
The Colosseum was one of the greatest things I've ever seen. Just the how on-point the architecture was and the way it was constructed blew my mind.
On the way back from The Colosseum.
Next stop: Amalfi Coast.
It was truly one of the most beautiful places I have ever been to. We were fortunate enough to take a boat ride along the coast, however I wasn't able to capture much of it's beautiful cliffs and landscapes, but I guess that'll be a great reason to come back real soon.
Italia!
Marseille, the oldest city in France.
We headed to France, but didn't go to Paris. I guess Marseille will have to do for now. A lot of activity in the streets, which is a street photographers dream. The seafood was delicieux!
Dog laying in the saxophone case.
Last stop: Barcelona, Spain.
We visited the day they were celebrating their annual National day of Catalonia which commemorates the fall of Barcelona and the lost of Catalan liberties, institutions and laws. People everywhere wearing flags and staged protests were also happening. And yes I stole that information for wikipedia. Don't hate.
Anyways, I definitely wished we spent at least a week here. So much history and things I want to learn, after all my middle name is Barcelona. It was a blast and drank way too much sangria.
One thing is for sure, they are crazy about soccer here. Play beautiful!
I don't know what it was, but I had a blast with these pigeons and just clicked away.
Love you Mom!
